Thank you for visiting our Web site. We have adopted and implemented the following privacy policy as part of our commitment to protecting your privacy and personal information. This policy describes what information we collect from visitors to our site and how we will use that information. Our site is intended for customers and users located in the United States.
You do not need to sign in or register to browse our site. This means you may browse the web pages intended for end-user customers, without providing any personal identifying information ("PII").

The third-party promotions or advertisements displayed on our site may contain cookies. We do not have access to or control over information collected by outside advertisers on our site.
Third party vendors, including Google, show VTech advertisements on third-party websites. Such third party vendors use cookies to serve advertisements based on your prior visits to our website. We do not sell products for purchase by children. All of our products are intended to be purchased by adults. If you are under 18 years old and you want to buy a product through our Web site, you must have an adult buy it for you. We have not designed our Web site to encourage transactions with, or to obtain information from, children. We respect the sensitive nature of children's privacy online. MisMatch Shipping Information
MisMatch will ship product via standard ground or expedited shipping service. Shipping and handling charges will apply depending on the size of your order and whether you choose standard ground or expedited service.
Orders are shipped by MisMatch within 3 to 4 business days from receipt of a "Completed Order." A Completed Order is received on the date that MisMatch receives all information needed to process your order.
Total shipping time from receipt of a Completed Order is 3 to 7 business days for shipment via standard and 1 to 3 business days for shipment via expedited shipping service.
MisMatch will ship to virtually any address within the United States.
Shipping and handling charges on all orders shall be calculated at MisMatch's discretion. MisMatch reserves the right to place a hold on processing any order until such time as a MisMatch customer service representative: 1) contacts the customer to confirm that the customer has completed the order as intended, and 2) notifies the customer of the appropriate shipping and handling charges. Please note that shipping and handling charges may be greater than the amount initially quoted on MisMatch 's website. Once MisMatch notifies the customer of the revised shipping and handling charges, the customer shall have the right to accept the charges or cancel the order. MisMatch shall not consider the order completed until the customer accepts the revised shipping and handling charges.
MISMATCH WILL NOT BE SUBJECT TO ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AS A RESULT OF ITS FAILURE TO SHIP WITHIN THE FOREGOING TIME FRAMES.
In addition to the purchase terms set forth in the agreement between you and the applicable credit card company and/or your banking institution and the Limited Warranty that accompanies products you purchase on this website, the following are the terms of sale ("Terms of Sale") under which MisMatch offers to sell products featured on this Website.
