Returns and Refunds

Refunds accepted within 15 days of purchase date as indicated on sales receipt or invoice.  Product must be unopened, in its original packaging with a valid proof of purchase (e.g., a copy of the sales receipt or invoice).  Upon return, we will refund the purchase price as indicated on the sales receipt or invoice.

Purchases made with a credit card will be refunded to that credit card used for that purchase.   Accordingly, please provide a phone number were you can be reached so we can properly refund your credit card.

All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of MisMatch. All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of purchase date (as indicated on sales receipt or invoice) to qualify for a return.

Limited Warranty

Product is warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship.   MisMatch, L.L.C. will, at its option, replace or repair any product proved defective in material or workmanship, or both, during the 30 day warranty period.  This shall be the sole remedy for breach of warranty. 
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, HEREBY ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.  LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY AND INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, HEREBY IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY WERE REASONABLY FORESEEABLE, OR WHETHER SELLER HAD KNOWLEDGE THAT THEY COULD OCCUR.

What does this limited warranty cover?
The manufacturer of this Product, MisMatch, L.L.C., warrants to the holder of a valid proof of purchase ("Consumer" or "you") that the Product provided by MisMatch in the sales package is free from material defects in material and workmanship, pursuant to the following terms and conditions, when installed and used normally and in accordance with product instructions. This limited warranty extends only to the Consumer for Products purchased and used in the United States of America.

What will MisMatch do if the Product is not free from material defects in materials and workmanship during the limited warranty period ("Materially Defective Product")?
During the limited warranty period, MisMatch will repair or replace, at its option, without charge, a Materially Defective Product. If we repair this Product, we may use new or refurbished replacement parts. If we choose to replace this Product, we may replace it with a new or refurbished Product of the same or similar design. MisMatch will return repaired or replacement Product to you in working condition. Repair or replacement of Product, at MisMatch’s option, is your exclusive remedy. You should expect the repair or replacement to take approximately 30 days.

How long is the limited warranty period?
The limited warranty period for the Product extends for THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of purchase. If we repair or replace a Materially Defective Product under the terms of this limited warranty, this limited warranty also applies to repaired or replacement Product for a period of 30 days from the date the repaired or replacement Product is shipped to you.

Except as provided by applicable law, you assume the risk of loss or damage during transit and transportation and are responsible for delivery or handling charges incurred in the transport of Product(s) to the service location. MisMatch will return repaired or replaced Product under this limited warranty to you, transportation, delivery or handling charges prepaid. MisMatch assumes no risk for damage or loss of the Product in transit.
If the Product failure is not covered by this limited warranty, or proof of purchase does not meet the terms of this limited warranty, MisMatch will notify you and will request that you authorize the cost of repair prior to any further repair activity. You must pay for the cost of repair and return shipping costs for the repair of Products that are not covered by this limited warranty.

What must you return with the Product to get warranty service?

  1. Return the entire original package and contents including the Product to MisMatch along with a description of the defect or problem;
  2. Include "valid proof of purchase" (sales receipt or invoice) identifying the Product purchased and the date of purchase or receipt; and
  3. Provide your name, complete and correct mailing address and telephone number.

Other limitations
This warranty is the complete and exclusive agreement between you and MisMatch. It supersedes all other written or oral communications related to this Product. MisMatch provides no other warranties for this Product. The warranty exclusively describes all of MisMatch' responsibilities regarding the Product. There are no other express warranties. No one is authorized to make modifications to this limited warranty and you should not rely on any such modification.

State Law Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
